SCHEDULED SAFETY DRILL This morning the Schley County School District will be conducting a pre-planned Lockdown Drill. We conduct this drill to practice and prepare our staff, students and local emergency responders to appropriately respond in the event of an armed intruder on our campus. This drill will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. If you attempt to visit the school during the drill you will not be able to enter until the drill is completed. We appreciate your support and assistance in providing for the safety and security of our students and staff.
The deadline to sign up for the ACT has been extended to January 17th. The test will take place on March 18th, and the $53.25 fee must be paid by February 21st.

Congratulations to Coach Chuck Cheek for being named the new president of the Georgia Dugout Club! This is a huge honor to be chosen to lead the largest professional organization for high school baseball and softball coaches in the state. He will begin as president at the beginning of January.
