Eighth grade students in Coach Royal’s social studies classes recently completed American Revolution Projects. Students analyzed the significance of the Loyalists and Patriots as part of Georgia’s role in the Revolutionary War. They learned about the Battle of Yorktown, Bunker Hill and Kettle Creek, as well as the Siege of Savannah. One project choice was to create a diorama. A diorama is a model representing a scene with three-dimensional figures. Cody Campbell and London Lee created a diorama of the Battle of Bunker Hill. These two students did an outstanding job on the project!
