Students at SCE are not just busy completing distance learning assignments, but they are also working to show support for their community. Braydon Mays, a student in Mrs. Hall's second grade class, proudly stands next to a cross that he and his Pop Pop built together. This is his way to show that his thoughts are prayers go out to all those working on the front lines of Covid-19.

Distance learning will continue through May 20 for students; however there will be no new lessons posted after May 8. If you haven't submitted all of your distance learning assignments by May 8 it is NOT too late!!! Teachers will still accept distance learning assignments after May 8.

A kindergartener counted in the 2020 Census this spring will be starting high school when the next census comes around in 2030: That’s 10 years of school supplies, teachers, school lunches, and so much more. This is your opportunity to help ensure they have a bright future.
Please complete your 2020 Census!

For some of our SCE families, distance learning means older siblings get to assist their younger brothers and sisters! This 2nd grade student, Ramsey, enjoys reading to his brothers, who are in Pre-K. 📚😊
